From Mrs. Weyermars:
Attention grade sevens and eights, get into the Christmas spirit and donate a non-perishable food item to help our local food banks during this festive season. WEB leaders are busy organizing a Christmas Dance for Dec 22nd...aka "The Jingle Ball" to support this worthy cause. Bring in a non-perishable food donation to the Student Support Room and sign up for the dance or computer lab. Let's help make this a Merry Christmas for everyone in our community NDI.
From Mr. Groves:
There will be an important meeting for ALL boys basketball players at lunch today in the gym
From Mrs. Reid:
*Mrs. Reid and Mme Lalonde would like to thank all of the high school students who helped run our tournament yesterday. We could not do it without you generously giving up your time to ref, do lines and score keep. Please email Mrs. Reid asap if you are able to help out on January 11. Please ask your teachers if you are able to miss class.
*Congratulations to the intermediate girls volleyball team on winning their invitational tournament here at North Dundas!!! The girls worked hard and were very consistent, winning all of their matches giving them a clean sweep!! They were able to secure the finals in straight matches against Seaway! Excellent job ladies!
*Congratulations also goes out to the intermediate boys volleyball team. The boys have listened well to their coaching and have come a very long way since their first practice. They were first after round robin, but unfortunately fell short in the finals against Rockland. Mrs. Reid and Mme Lalonde are very proud of your continued growth! Goodluck at your regionals in January!
From Mr. Exner:
To all band members coming on the feeder school visits - please make your way down to the Music Room immediately after announcements are over. Be sure to have your instrument, music, and permission form in tow. It's going to be a terrific day!!!

WE will be holding a bake sale Friday, December 15th during the gr. 7/8 and secondary lunches. This initiative is to raise money and awareness about the importance of education for all children everywhere. The funds raised will go to building schools in Kenya. For the past two years, our school has contributed to building 2 fully-functioning schools in this country, and many more are needed! Let’s show them WE care North Dundas! Why? Because all children deserve a chance everywhere!
